We are Aura Media Group Limited, a data controller. YourOffers.co.uk is a trading style of Aura Media, UK with registered company number 11239047.

We operate under the brand name YourOffers.co.uk. YourOffers.co.uk provides access to UK companies who would like to discuss their latest offers and promotions with you. This permission has been captured through the completion of an online survey.

YourOffers.co.uk and its marketing sponsors may contact you with money saving offers and sales promotions. You can opt-out at any time.

What we use your data for?

All of the data we collect from you is for direct marketing purposes. This means we may share your details with reputable UK companies who may want to contact you by Telephone, SMS or Post to offer you goods and services that may be of benefit to you now or in the near future. This will only be done with your permission under the regulations set out within our industry sector by the ICO and GDPR.

What types of personal data do we collect and share?

What is ‘Profiling’?

We use some of the information you provide to identify lookalikes so our clients can target you with offers of goods and services tailored to you. We may use your data to support our marketing promotions to look-a-like customers via social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and other programmatic platforms. We will not use your personal information to directly contact you on these platforms.

We will never profile you on the basis of ethnicity, religion, politics or health as these are not valid reasons for which you should be targeted for marketing purposes and nor do we collect this information. We also do not make automated decisions about you which may have a negative impact on your rights. Marketing Services Providers we share your data with may also use profiling to target you for marketing purposes. Once again you can ask us to stop using your data in this way at any time.

Do we transfer your data to other countries?

We work with buyers such as our partners and affiliates in the UK and we call you on their behalf for marketing purpose with the brand name YourOffers.co.uk with promotions of goods and services tailored for you. We act as processors under strict conditions. We monitor the calls we make to ensure quality is controlled and regular audit and check that our security and data protection standards are of the highest quality.
